This is the policies and procedures agreement for Asking for What You Want Coaching with Marcia Baczynski.

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client.  The opportunity for success for the coaching client dramatically increases because changing habits and creating possibilities is a process.

Coaching is a structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and / or spiritual development.  The Client and Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be designed together.

Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling.

By entering this relationship, the Coach and Client acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress and change in his/her life. Because progress and change happen at rates that are unique to each individual, the Coach and Client commit to working with each other for an initial period of 3-4 months. This allows the coaching relationship necessary time to develop and progress through objectives, obstacles and successes that occur.

All coaching sessions are conducted by video conference ( unless otherwise arranged with the Coach. There is a small bit of software that needs to be installed prior to the first meeting.

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client and Coach will meet each other on Zoom. The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the client will forfeit the session fee.

Rescheduling a coaching session is easily done with appropriate notice. Please allow for at least 24 hours notice to appointment changes. It is strongly recommended that you reschedule using the link from the Acuity scheduler.

In between coaching sessions, the client may feel free to e‐mail the Coach. Coach will read all emails and will generally respond in the next Session or Check-in.

Check-in calls will take place by phone. Check-in calls made between the scheduled calls are included within this coaching package and based on availability; the parties agree to keep the calls to 15 minutes or less.

The Client receives:

  • one 90 minute coaching session
  • five 60 minute coaching sessions
  • five 15-minute check-in conversations between sessions (optional)
  • recordings of each call (optional – please let me know if you want this)
  • on‐going direct email access to share current thoughts and experiences (responses will occur primarily in sessions and check-ins)
  • one 30-minute wrap-up session

Fees for these services are discussed in our intake call and included in your welcome email. If not paid in full in advance, payment plans are in 30-day increments, based on the date of first payment. The Client agrees to pay the monthly fee before coaching services are provided for the month. Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal, or if necessary, by check or cash.

All sessions in the package must be used within 6 months of signing date or they are forfeited. The program may be cancelled, in writing, within 30 days of this agreement, with fees prorated for sessions used, plus 10%. Cancellations will take effect within 30 days of receiving written notification.
